Reference number : 1704735 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-03 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Renovation of the envelope and access The Municipality of Acton Vale is requesting bids for repair work on its building located at 1093A Saint-André in Acton Vale. Any question relating to the project must be submitted in writing to the architect and the engineer in cc Tenders must be accompanied either by a tender bond issued by a financial institution recognized by the auditor of financial institutions, established in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the price of the tender, and valid for a period of forty- five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders, or a certified check for the same amount. Only contractors having their place of business in Quebec, holding the license required under the Building Act and having been invited to submit a bid are eligible to bid. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors and suppliers, both for their solvency and for the content of their tenders, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them, and ensure that they hold the permits and licenses required. The owner does not undertake to accept the lowest or any other of the tenders received. No minimum number of submissions is required.
