The Contract Shall Be for a Period of One (1) Year and May Be Extended Up to Four (4) Times, for Individual Terms Not to Exceed One Year, by Mutual Agreement Between the Contractor and Suffolk County. The Original Contract Period, Plus Extensions, Shall Not Exceed Five (5) Years Total. Contractors Shall Pay Their Employees the Prevailing Wage as Defined in Section 220 of the Nys Labor Law, Schedule of Prevailing Wages, Hereto Attached and Made Part of This Requirement, Prc # 2022005922 . Political Subdivisions Utilizing the Resulting Contract Must Obtain Their Own Prc . Suffolk County Will Disqualiy a Bid if the Hourly Labor Rate Bid Falls Below the Prevailing Wage Rate Plus Benefits Included in the Offering. The Contractor Shall Be Able to Furnish Adequate Manpower and Equipment to Provide Emergency Repair Work Within Four (4) Hours and to Commence Non-emergency/normal Repair Work Within Twenty-four (24) Hours, Including Weekend and Holiday and Mut Be Prepared at the County Requet to Perform the Necessary Work Between the Hours of 4:00 Pm and 7:00 Am. All Labor Shall Be Guarantied for a Period of One (1) Year From Date of Acceptance, All Materials/parts Shall Be Guarantied for a Minimum of Ninety (90) Days or in Accordance With the Manufacturer's Warranty if Greater Than Ninety (90) Days. Suffolk County Reserves the Right to Award This Bid to Single or Multiple Vendors, in Whole or in Part, by Item, by Class, by Category, or to Establish Primary and Secondary Contracts. The County Reserves the Right to Award Future Contracts/purchase Orders to the Next Low Bidder in the Event of Default or Cancellation of a Previously Awarded Contract/purchase Order.
