TERM OF CONTRACT: 25 YEARS The New York Power Authority Is Issuing This Request for Proposals ("rfp") to Solicit Proposals From Qualified Developers ("proposers" or "bidders") Interested in Utilizing One or More Properties, and Related Electrical Infrastructure, for the Development and Construction of a New Front-of-the-meter Energy Storage Facility, or a Proposed Alternative Use ("project").
