The tender documents are available on the website of the Electronic Tendering System and can be obtained according to the tariff in effect. To be valid, the tender must be presented on the tender documents provided by the City and must be accompanied by appendix IV Declaration of the tenderer of the contract management regulations duly completed and signed. No certified cheque, bank letter or bid bond is required as bid security for this call for tenders. However, the tender must be accompanied by a letter of undertaking relating to the issuance of a performance bond and a bond for the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services, issued by an insurer holding the entitled to carry on insurance activities in Quebec and registered in the register of insurers of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), each for an amount equivalent to 5% of the total value of the tender, taxes included, in favor of the town of Saint-Basile-le-Grand. No submission received after the deadline will be accepted. The deadline to file a complaint is June 20, 2022 and the deadline to respond is June 27, 2022. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
