(Certain segments may be eliminated from the work roster after the Town review of bids/costs.) Crack-fill & Chip Seal: Project 6: 1230th Street, from 1240th St. to 1240th St., inclusive adjoining cul-de-sac. Est. 0.49 miles plus cul-de-sac. Project 7: 1208th Street, beginning at 508th Ave. and continuing to terminus (est. 0.84 mil); inclusive that portion of 508th Ave. off 1208th (0.28 mi). Est. 1.12 miles total. Specifications/Requirements: -Bidder must provide a separate quote for each project as per the numbered lists above. -Bidder must verify the actual distance as well as the width of each road segment/project. (Mileage noted above is approximate.) -Hot Oil Asphalt at 320 to 350 degrees shall be applied. Specify the emulsions to be used for each application. -Specify a non-routed ( blow-n-go) option for crack-fill. FA2 washed pea rock is required for chips. -Work must include traffic control and prior sweeping of the roadway. -Proof of insurance must be enclosed with bids (workmans comp. and liability). Bids must be in writing and received before the start of the meeting noted above. -Submission Deadline: 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2022 (sealed bids only). Project Deadline: All roadwork must be completed by September 1, 2022.
