Site work for a water / sewer project in Oscoda, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes the construction of new distribution water main and water services within the right-of-way in the Charter Township of Oscoda along Oak Lane from southern limit to Cedar Lake Road, Oscoda Street from western limit to Cedar Lake Road, Van Ettan Drive and Woodland Drive. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1,900 Ft 8-inch Water Main Open Cut 1,900 Ft 8-inch Water Directionally Bored 370 Ft 8-inch Water Main Jack & Bored 68 Ea 3/4 -inch Copper Water Services 6,900 Ft 3/4 -inch CTS Water Service Bored Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The above-referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. All successful bidders must comply with the federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation; federal equal opportunity requirements; and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. American Iron and Steel Contract Language and Required Standard Contract Language: Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Drinking Water Revolving Fund are required for this project. Charter Township of Oscoda, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
