General Landscape Maintenance at Various Public Utilities Properties The City of Riverside's Public Utilities Department (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), is soliciting proposals from qualified landscape contractors (hereinafter "Proposer") to provide the following complete landscape maintenance services at various Public Utilities facilities. The work to be done, in general, shall include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to maintain and complete the project in compliance with the Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Landscape Supervisor. The project involves landscape maintenance and irrigation repairs of approximately 82 Public Utilities Department sites and are located in: San Bernardino County, City of Colton, City of Grand Terrace, City of Redlands, City of San Bernardino, County of Riverside, City of Corona, City of Jurupa Valley, City of Moreno Valley and the City of Riverside. Work shall be performed on a weekly (37 Sites), monthly (22 Sites), or quarterly basis (23 Sites), as described in Part 2 of the Special Provisions.
