Work on this contract consists of the reconstruction 110th Av-enue from the Village line then east for 1320 feet as marked in the field. This is a rural section. Nork includes but not lim-ited to: Hot mix asphalt, pulverizing and aggregate shoulders. Construction must be completed by November 11th, 2022. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder-will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. Bidder is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within 72 hours of the bid opening to CBS Squared, Inc., ATTN: Kristi Lentz, 770 Technology Way, Suite IA, Chippe-wa Falls, WI 54729. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder a soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount.
