We extend this bid to cover all labor, materials, and necessary essentials to install three Shade Cantilever Structures, with concrete footers in Parc Des Familles according to plan. Job Site is located at 6101 Leo Kerner Parkway Marrero La, Parc Des Familles South end. Labor and Materials Necessary to Replace the Safety Surface at the Kings Grant Tot Lot for the Jefferson Parish Department of Recreation o Surety Bond - A 5% electronic bid bond will be required with bid submission o Performance Bond - A 100% Performance Bond will be required at the signing of the Contract o Payment Bond - A 100% Payment Bond will be required at the signing of the Contract BID SECURITY in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier'scheck as prescribed by LA-R.S. 38:2218.(A) is attached to and made a part of this bid.
