Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Cashiers, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Jackson County, North Carolina is soliciting Request for Qualifications from a qualified architectural firm to finalize schematic design, create construction/bid documents, coordinate bidding and provide construction oversight for two separate recreation construction projects. The two projects are as follows: Construction of a new splash pad at the Cashiers-Glenville Recreation Complex and Construction of a community park in the Qualla / Whittier area.
