The Société de développement de la Baie-James (the Société) wishes to receive offers concerning the call for tenders named in title. Brief description of requirements The equipment in question is a de-icing unit for aircraft at the Matagami aerodrome. This unit must be capable of de-icing a Dash 8-300 type aircraft. It must also include all major components listed in the Defrost Unit Requirements document. The de-icing unit, together with all its accessories, must be delivered no later than September 1 , 2022 or any other date deemed reasonable by the Company. ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT WHO HAVE AN ESTABLISHMENT IN QUEBEC OR IN A TERRITORY COVERED BY THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS AND WHO HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS. By establishment, the Company means: Place where the service provider carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal office hours.
