As of July 14, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. For the following: Item 1 - 81,924 S.Y. Single Asphalt Seal Coat, in place, SRL-G Item 2 - 27,458 S.Y. Asphalt Fog Seal for asphalt seal coats Item 3 - 3,050 S.Y. Single Asphalt Seal Coat, in place, SRL-G, Municipal Building Item 4 - 675 S.Y. Single Asphalt Seal Coat, in place SRL-G, Public Works Bids will be opened with the intent to award the contract at a Board of Supervisors meeting July 12, 2022 at 6:00 P.M Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon forms provided by the Municipality. A bid bond in the amount of 10% is required to be furnished with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Township of Penn reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities therein. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
