This power transformer will be used in an outdoor substation and will be fed from an impedance grounded Wye overhead 46 kV circuit. The incoming high side of the transformer will be delta connected to the 46 kV system. The outgoing low side of the power transformer will be connected into a 4-wire, 3- phase, 24.94/14.4 or 12.47/7.2 kV, grounded Wye, overhead utility electrical system. The oil-filled transformer(s) shall be designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with this specification and all applicable sections of latest revisions of the following unless otherwise specified. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for three (3) years after the Effective Date. The provisions of this Agreement that are applicable to circumstances occurring after termination or expiration shall survive such termination or expiration. We reserve the right to consider alternative pricing proposals.
