Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Redfield, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
To replace the football lights at the football field. All bid submissions must include the installation of new light poles and the disposal of current light poles. Lights must be LED and light up the football field, bleachers, and the apexes of the track. At a minimum, the lighting of the field must provide 30-foot candles of light. Speaker mounts must also be included where existing speaker mounts are for the current speaker system on the new light poles. The parts and equipment involved in the installation of the lighting and speakers need to be guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years. Must meet or exceed all specs on file in the business office. Bid proposals shall be submitted to the Board of Education in sealed envelopes clearly marked: "Bid for Football Field Lights". Bids will be acted on at the June 13,2022 school board meeting. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
