The project consists of a new Agriculture Facility that includes classroom, shop restrooms, and storm shelter. The building foundation is concrete footings and slab on grade. Exterior walls are wood framing with brick >/eneer and metal panels, fiberglass insulation, and gypsum board or liner panel.site work includes rough grading and utilities. A masonry storm shelter with a concrete cap will be included inside this new facility. Alternate Bid #1 consists of a new 30'x60' prefabricated greenhouse. The building will consist of concrete piers and pad with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the owner.
