Remodeling of a municipal facility in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
All bids must be on a lump sum basis including, but not limited to, General Contract, Electrical, Mechanical, and Millwork. Bids received after the bid date and time indicated will not be accepted. Deposit of bona-fide bidders will be returned in full if complete Contract Documents are returned in acceptable condition, as originally bound, within ten days after bid opening. All postage to be paid by bidder. A drop box will be available at no charge. The Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for sixty (60) days from date of receipt without action, to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, and to require statements or evidence of bidders qualifications including financial statements. It is the general contractors responsibility to convey to his sub-contractors if it is necessary to have a certificate of license, whether a resident of the state where the project is to be built or not, before his bid is considered. This specifically refers to license requirements for various county in Oklahoma. The contractors shall be able to start construction within ten (10) days after bid date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
