The City of Gulfport is seeking a contractor to repair the pavilion tensile structures at Jones Park that were damaged during Hurricane Zeta. The tensile structures to be repaired are known as the Amphitheatre Pavilion and Leo Seal Pavilion. The interested bidder shall have sufficient experience, personnel, and equipment required to repair the structures to pre-storm conditions and shall be able to provide a maintenance agreement and warranty agreeable to the city. All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to Jessica Versiga at jversiga@gulportms.gov and must be received by the end of business 5:00 p.m. CST, Friday, July 1 , 2022. Questions submitted after this date will not be considered. Bidders shall provide an email address or fax number to direct the consolidated "question and answer" document. Answers will be provided in writing and transmitted via email or fax to all prospective bidders who are known to have requested and received a copy of the bid package. Only answers transmitted in this manner will be considered official and valid. No negotiations, decisions, or actions shall be initiated by any bidder as a result of any verbal discussion. City of Gulfport reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality.
