Scope of Work High School Cafeteria Roof Project 1.Completely tear off the existing roof on the SE Section 2.Install a new tapered system going to the gutters on the south and east walls on the SE section 3.Lay over the existing roof with a %" HD ISO on the NE, NW and SW section 4.Fully adhere a new 60 mil TPO membrane on the SE section 5.Mechanically attach a new 60 mil TPO membrane on the NE, NW and SW sections 6.Flash all current penetrations to warranty standards 7.Fabricate and install new gutters and downspouts to match existing 8.Fabricate and install new metal drip edge to match existing 9.Provide a lift to load the materials and remove debris 10.Remove all job-related debris 11. Provide a description of warranty 12. Replace Roof Air Vents 13. Replace damaged or rotten 2X8 around perimeter of building. Senatobia Municipal School District/Walkway Repair 1. Provide all labor, materials and equipment 2. Completely tear off the existing walk-way roof and metal decking. 3. Install new decking - (to be metal) 4.
