The Salt Lake District School District (SLCSD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design professional firms (vendors) to provide architectural, engineering and consulting services for a rebuild of Highland High School, Salt Lake City Utah. The work will consist of two phases of work. The first phase, if approved will include a feasibility study, site plans, basic A/E services, and budget/estimates for the proposed bond. The second phase will include full design, bid documents, specific building locations, construction surveillance and administration, and other engineering support functions. Background: The current high school's original building and west gym addition is approximately 484,862 square feet. The current student population at Highland High is approximately 1,915. It is anticipated that the new building will need to accommodate up to 2,200 students. The question and answer period ends at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
