LYNDHURST HVAC SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE/CN-258 The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) is seeking bids for a contractor experienced in standard monthly HVAC maintenance as well as major repair work. The location is the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority facilities at 1 (Administration), 2 (Environment Center), and 3 (Science Center) DeKorte Park Plaza, Lyndhurst, New Jersey, and will comprise of HVAC systems maintenance as specified in the bid. The term of this contract is for a three hundred and sixty-five (365) day period, with the option for NJSEA to extend this contract by up to two years. Documents for the bid work will be available for download from our website beginning on June 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. In accordance with Public Law 2004, c.57, the NJSEA may only enter into contracts with Bidders who provide proof of valid business registration with the Division of Revenue in the Department of Treasury, of the State of New Jersey. Such proof must be submitted concurrently with the bid. In order to insulate the award of state contracts from risk of improper influence, the NJSEA shall only enter into a Contract with a Bidder who complies with Public Law 2005, C.51, Executive Order 117, and Public Law 2022, c.3. The required forms and instructions are included in the bid. NJSEA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and, so far as permitted by law, to waive any irregularity or informality with respect to any bid. The NJSEA further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all firms submitting bids. In the event that all bids are rejected, the NJSEA reserves the right to re-solicit bids.
