The construction of the West Paces Ferry Resurfacing and Safety Improvements project in theCity of Atlanta, FultonCounty,Georgia. Bids received after the designated time will not be accepted. All bids must be originals; no bond copies, facsimile copies, or electronic copies will be accepted. No bid proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check or acceptable Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid and made payable to Buckhead CID. Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Contract Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract price and a Payment Bond equal to 110% of the contract price, with the terms and surety to be approved by Buckhead CID and the City of Atlanta, and furnish satisfactory proof of carriage of the insurance required. Bidders submitting a bid $2,000,000 or less must be either a prequalified contractor or a registered subcontractor with Georgia D.O.T.
