Reference number : 1613945 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 2 This contractor must provide (including subcontracting to specialized contractors) the material, labour, tools and everything necessary to carry out the following work, but without this being limit there: - Follow the work phasing sequence. - Thoroughly clean the existing flue before starting work (by a specialized contractor). - Make modifications to the steam vent pipes of the existing safety valves (by a specialized contractor). - Carry out selective demolition work on the existing flue in boiler building #1-2-4, in stages, according to the phasing of the work (by a specialized contractor). - Do the steel work on the black steel flues as well as the welding on all the joints required (by a specialized contractor). - Supply and install new chimneys for existing boilers, including flashing, counter flashing and fire plate under the roof, all in stages, according to the phasing of the work (by a specialized contractor). - Do the demolition work of the horizontal and vertical exterior chimney according to the indications on the plans. The sequence of demolition work for this part must be signed by a specialized professional member of the OIQ (by a specialized contractor). - Carry out demolition work on the concrete base of the exterior vertical chimney as well as the concrete base for the exterior horizontal chimney (by a specialized contractor). - Do the painting work on the piping of the safety valve vents as well as on the flues (existing/new) made of black steel (by a specialized contractor). - Provide the lifting equipment required to give access to workers for all stages of the project. - When possible, recover metals according to the indications on the plans. - Assist the owner when starting up each boiler. - Provide the plans as annotated by the contractor. - The warranty and maintenance manual. This contract includes putting the chimney system in good working order with the existing boilers, including all the accessories required for its perfect operation, all in accordance with the standards, laws and regulations in force, as well as the rules of the art and to the specific rules and conditions of each of the professions concerned.
