As of June 25, 2025, the PATH Westside Paper Spur Trail—known as “The Spur”—is nearing completion, with construction expected to wrap up summer of 2025. This 0.73-mile trail enhances pedestrian and bike access in Atlanta’s Howell Station neighborhood, connecting the Westside BeltLine Connector to Westside Paper, Puritan Mill, and King Plow Arts Center. The project includes a 65-foot bridge and safety improvements, funded by $2.92 million from the City of Atlanta. It is being delivered by the PATH Foundation and Hasbun Construction, with oversight from the Upper Westside CID.
