The bidder agrees to furnish to Dickson County Highway Department road construction and maintenance materials that meet the minimum requirements of the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, January 1, 2015, Section 303 Mineral Aggregate Base, including but not limited to: Item No. Description 303-01 Mineral Aggregate, Type A Base, Grading D (Ton)- Crusher Run and Pug Mill 303-10.02 Mineral Aggregate (Size 2) (Ton) 303-10.04 Mineral Aggregate (Size 6) (Ton) 303-10.05 Mineral Aggregate (Size 7) (Ton) 303-10.06 Mineral Aggregate (Size 8) (Ton) Section 709 Rip-Rap and Slope Pavement, including but not limited to: Item No. Description 709-01.01 Rubble Stone Rip-Rap (C.Y.) 709-05.05 Machined Rip-Rap Class A-3 (Ton) 709-05.06 Machined Rip-Rap (Class A-1) (Ton) 709-05.07 Machined Rip-Rap (Class A-2) (Ton) 709-05.08 Machined Rip-Rap (Class B) (Ton) 709-05.09 Machined Rip-Rap (Class C) (Ton) Each bidder shall provide written documentation that the materials to be provided under this contract comply with the above referenced specifications. All bids are to be sealed and pricing shall be for a period of one (1) year. Dickson County will not consider any bid submitted unless the bidder submits a bid on each and every item listed on the bid sheet. Dickson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
