Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The "Project" consists of flood mitigation Drainage Improvements to the City owned wash located westerly and downstream of 1001 Mohican Drive, Lake Havasu City, AZ. The improvements associated with the project consist of a retention basin, emergency spillway, erosion protection, drywell, and fencing. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by Friday, June 17 th, 2022, end of day. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited above. Bid Bond 10% Labor and Material Bond: 100% Faithful Performance Bond: 100% Project Completion Date: 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed Lake Havasu City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and waive informalities deemed in the best interest of the City
