Demolition, site work and renovation of a stadium in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, oversight and permits required for selective demolition of deteriorated concrete bleachers and repair work for re-attaching seating brackets. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates shall apply. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through PennBid will be opened online at the Engineer's Office and referred to Williamsport Area School District for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on PennBid following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above. Questions may be submitted electronically on or before 12:00 Noon on Friday, June 24, 2022. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered parties. Williamsport Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Provide mobilization and demobilization for execution of scope of work. 2. General conditions for execution of work. 3. Provide 400 SF of concrete repair as per the drawings 4. Remove and reinstall 11 brackets to be installed with welded steel clip with chamfered edges as per the drawings. 5. Field weld 50 clips on to existing brackets as per the drawings.
