Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in the New Jersey's Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration of award Proposals must be made on standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the proposer and marked PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SIDEWALK, CROSSWALK AND SIGNALIZATION IMPROVEMENTS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS BOROUGH OF WOODSTOWN on the outside, addressed to Borough Clerk, Borough of Woodstown, 25 West Avenue, Woodstown, NJ 08098 and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. This project is being funded with Federal funding and shall require FHWA contract compliance.
