The primary task under this contract is to complete hydro jetting and CCTV inspection of the southern section of the Hess Creek trunk line between OR99W and the WWTP on Wynooski Road. A redundant pumping system consisting of a primary pump and standby pump will be required during the operation. Bypass pumping that move flows from the Hess Creek trunk line to the River Street trunk line will be required to allow for the CCTV inspection and hydro jetting. All work shall be fully completed by October 1st, 2022. The proposed work consists of CCTV inspection and hydro jetting of 6,530 feet of wastewater mainline in length, is comprised of approximately 27-manholes, with pipe sizes varying from 15- 30 inches. The longest pipe length between manholes is approximately 500-feet. Prequalification of bidders is required. Bidders must be prequalified to perform work in the following classes: asphalt paving and oiling, wastewater construction (piping and manholes),aggregate base, temporary traffic control, concrete flatwork, along with any subcontractors performing these work items No prebid meeting is scheduled for this project. All bidders shall submit their last questions through the same bid management website no later than 2:00 PM on June 20, 2022 so that a Bid Addendum may be issued if needed without altering the bid date Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work no later than October 3, 2022, with Final Completion no later than November 1, 2022.
