The Work includes, but is not limited to, upgrades to the Nobleton Water Resource Recovery Facility's headworks, secondary treatment, tertiary treatment, sludge handling and ancillary systems as further described in Appendix C - Form of Contract. Please note that the Region previously purchased a Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor (MABR) System under Contract No. RFP-1318-23 which is to be installed as part of the Work. The selected bidder will be required to accept assignment of Contract No. RFP-1318-23 and assume the Region's rights and obligations under Contract No. RFP-1318-23 as part of the Work.
