Site work for a water / sewer project in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract generally comprises of the installation of approximately25 meter pits and 30 service lines as set forth in, and conforming to, the requirementsof the Contract Documents. The Project Work will be performed under the following: CONTRACT TWO - SERVICE LINE AND METER PIT INSTALLATION Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank or a Bid Bond inan amount not less than 5 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordancewith the Instructions to Bidders. U.S. Department of Labor Federal Wage Determination Decision. Bidders are subjectto all applicable provisions of the Federal Davis Bacon Act Wage Determinations as setforth in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right, at its option, to waive as an informality any, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids; and to reject any or all Bids.
