Renovation of a military facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Scope of Work: New legislation requires two (2) transformers to be relocated. Remove the current transformers located in the B2 area and reinstall to new locations. The transformers have already been purchased by BGIS and are on site. The new locations are in the Basement B2 and Penthouse Mechanical Room. Currently the transformers and their surroundings in the B2 area have been locked off to mitigate any potential risks. An environmental consultant and contractor are required to perform a DSR and potential abatement of any impacted Building materials due to the installation of the transformers. *Award subject to final approval.
