The purpose of this conference will be to clarify the contents of this Request for Proposal in order to help ensure a thorough understanding of the Authority's requirements. Any questions as to the requirements of this Request for Proposal, or any apparent omission or discrepancy should be presented to the Authority's representatives at this conference. This conference also provides a forum by which interested parties will have equal access to relevant RFP information prior to the final proposal submission All copies of the proposal shall be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope or box, words "SEALED PROPOSAL", RFP # GWCCA060922EC Ballroom Lighting and Dimming System Replacement" clearly indicated, along with Proposer's name and address, on the outside of all the sealed envelope(s) and/or box(es). No telephone, email, or facsimile proposals will be considered. The Authority retains the right to reject any or all submittals, and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities, or cancel this procurement at any time. IMPORTANT- A RESTRICTION OF COMMUNICATION IS IN EFFECT FOR THIS PROJECT. From the time of advertisement of this solicitation until final award is made, interested firms are not allowed or permitted to communicate about this solicitation or scope with any staff or any official representatives of the Authority, GWCC, or other facilities of the Authority, or their consultants, except for submission of questions as instructed in the RFP, or as provided by any existing work agreement(s). Finalists and Apparent Awardee(s) are restricted from making public statements or press releases about their selection as finalists or their apparent award. For violation of this restriction, the Authority reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending respondent
