The City of Pensacola seeks proposals for Parking Management Services at the Pensacola International Airport (PNS). Services include, but are not limited to, day-to-day operation, management and maintenance of the public parking facilities; trash removal in the parking garage and economy lots; shuttle bus transportation; curbside/traffic operations and 24/7 customer care. Additional services include AVI administration, temporary holiday parking assistance, special event assistance and equipment repairs to employee parking lot equipment. The City of Pensacola adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable accommodations for access to City services, programs and activities. Please call 850-435-1835 for further information. Requests must be made at least five (5) calendar days before the event in order to allow the City time to provide the requested services. The City of Pensacola reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to award proposals on a split-order basis by item number when applicable, to waive any proposal informalities and to re-advertise for proposals when deemed in the best interest of the City of Pensacola. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
