Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Ocean City, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
As of July 25,2022, this project has been cancelled due to the submissions were over the budgeted amount. No definite date for the rebid. The Scope of Work for the Downtown Recreation Center Site Construction Contract generally includes furnishing and installing all rough grading, fine grading, utilities, boardwalks, sidewalks, basketball courts, tennis courts, irrigations systems, and landscaping. Mayor & City Council Ocean City is seeking bids from qualified and experienced vendors to provide site construction for the Downtown Recreation Center and for said work to be in conformity with the Bid Documents. The last day for questions will be on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 5pm. The Addendum will be posted by close of business on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Late Bid Document will not be accepted. Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation.
