**As of March 29, 2024, there were no proposals submitted for the project No definite date for the rebid.** Project Description : The Ohio State University East Hospital is located at 181 Taylor Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43203. At present, the hospital is partially equipped with a sprinkler system. The OSU East Fire Suppression project will extend fire suppression systems to all non-sprinklered areas of OSU East Hospital, (including #398 Main Hospital North and South Wings and building #397 Connector and Tower). The fire suppression system will meet the requirements of NFPA 101, NFPA 13, and the Ohio Building Code in advance of 2028 changes. This will be a heavily phased project and will be executed in various occupied spaces in a hospital setting. The square footage of impacted areas in the hospital will be approximately 242,000 SF. CM Preconstruction Services Start 03 / 2024. Construction Stage Notice to Proceed 05 / 2024. Substantial Completion of all Work 01 / 2028. CM Services Completed 06 / 2028. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reject all proposals and cancel at any time for any reason this solicitation, any portion of this solicitation or any phase of the Project. The Contracting Authority shall have no liability to any proposer arising out of such cancellation or rejection. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to waive minor variations in the selection process.
