A. Perform all graffiti removal work with qualified and trained staff in a professional manner. For the purpose of this service, graffiti is defined as the unauthorized drawing or marking on surfaces of City property including placing adhesive stickers. B. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, vehicles, tools, supplies, insurance(s), permits and manufactured articles including but not limited to pressure washer, digital camera, paint, and graffiti removal products as well as furnishing all transportation including fuel, power, water, and essential communications for the performance of the work. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Pre-Bid Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend and that Bidders thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
