Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work shall be completed under one Contract consists of all labor, skill and materials required to properly construct the Project. The Project generally consists of the following primary components: Installation of approximately 900 linear feet of 8-inch waterline Installation of four 8-inch gate valves Installation of two fire hydrant assemblies Installation of one 2-inch combination air and vacuum valve assembly Connection to one existing 1-1/2-inch water service line and one existing 4-inch fire line Surface restorations including asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk and sod turf grass Bid will be received on a unit price basis Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bidders Bond executed by the Bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Colorado, payable to the Ken-Caryl Ranch Water and Sanitation District, in a sum equal to five (5) percent of the full amount of the Bid. This is to serve as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter a Contract within 15 days of Notice of Award in accordance with the terms of the principals Bond and a Contractors Bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the governing board for the performances of such Work. Only Bids that are accompanied by such a Bond will be considered. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond, each for 100 percent of the Bid amount, as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Work. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible Bidder. Such a Bidder shall possess the skill, ability, and integrity necessary for the faithful performance of the work and must provide references showing experience performing similar work. The Work shall be substantially completed within 120 calendar days and shall be completed and ready for final payment within 134 calendars days of Notice-to-Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities in the Bids received, and further reserves the right to award the Contract in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to hold the three (3) lowest Bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the date of Bid opening.
