Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The awarded contractor is Sweet Heating with an amount of $178,000. They are starting immediately. Replacement of existing boilers, boiler pumps, flues and associated has, HWS and HWR piping. Add alternate to also replace existing domestic hot water heat exchanger and pumps. Associated workincludes electrical, roof penetration and other per plans. Provide all work, permits and coordinate inspections, necessary for a complete and operational facility. Work of this proposed Contract includes but is not limited to: Replacement of existing boilers, boiler pumps, flues and associated has, HWS and HWR piping. Add alternate to also replace existing domestic hot water heat exchanger and pumps. Associated work includes electrical, roof penetration and other per plans. Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Substantial completion: September 30, 2022
