Scopes of work associated with this building include development of a three (3) acre site including but not limited to: grading, paving, CMU site walls, landscape, utilities, site concrete etc. The building is a 20,666 square feet free standing Crime Lab and Evidence Storage Facility. Trades includes: Concrete, reinforcing steel, masonry, structural and misc. steel, decorative metals, architectural millwork, roofing, caulking, doors, frames and door hardware, glass and glazing, counter shutters, EIFS, metal studs, drywall, paint, polished concrete, carpet, LVT, tile, acoustical tile ceiling, signs, toilet accessories, wall protection, High Density storage, laboratory casework, snorkel hoods, fire sprinklers, plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical, low voltage, etc. for a complete building. The estimated cost of Construction is $18,500,000.00 Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the Following: Construction Surveying, Concrete, reinforcing steel, masonry, structural and misc. steel, decorative metals, architectural millwork, roofing, caulking, insulation, doors, frames and door hardware, glass and glazing, counter shutters, EIFS, metal studs, drywall, paint, polished concrete, carpet, LVT, tile, acoustical tile ceiling, signs, toilet accessories, wall protection, High Density storage, laboratory casework, snorkel hoods, fire sprinklers, plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical, low voltage, earthwork, asphalt paving, chin link fencing, gates, landscape, utilities, etc. *Plans will be ready next month. Right now, this is the Prequalification process that is required for the CMAR projects.
