Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Walkerville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Walkerville Public Schools is requesting proposals for the renovation of the school's weight room and bathrooms. The scope of the project will include replacement of fixtures, potential building repair, and remodeling. Proposals submitted must be accompanied by a written statement signed by an authorized company official containing sworn and notarized testimony that there is not a familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, intermediate school board, or superintendent of Walkerville Public Schools. The school district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in any or all parts and waive informalities or irregularities in proposals received and to accept a proposal in the school district's judgment is in the Walkerville Public Schools best interest.
