The work, without being limited to it, consists of replacing the covering of the roof located above the fifth floor of the accommodation centre. Mechanical equipment will be moved temporarily. SUBMISSIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SUBMISSION GUARANTEE ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: The Bidder must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price proposed in his Bid. This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: A certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC BODY; Where An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.15 of the Régie document, which must comply with the requirements of the Irrevocable letter of guarantee model reproduced at appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form.
