Habersham County ("County") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide turnkey services for design and installation of a solar and battery system at the Habersham County Aquatic Center, 120 Paul Franklin Road, Clarkesville, GA 30523. The County invites service providers to submit proposals responsive to the specific requirements set forth in this request for proposals ("RFP"). The expected start date for this project is October 2022. Site Address: 120 Paul Franklin Road, Clarkesville, GA 30523 The Habersham County Aquatic Center was originally constructed in 2001 and houses a pool, (2) two basketball courts, fitness gym, (2) two event rooms, (1) activity room, multiple offices, janitors' closet, conference room, concession stand, (4) four storage rooms, (5) five bathrooms, (2) two locker rooms, (2) two electrical rooms, and multiple panel boxes. The building is supplied by one Habersham EMC meter which includes the building and parking lot lights. Contractor shall perform all professional services necessary in a complete design/build project, including design, engineering, installation, and interconnection. The contractor shall install the project such that it is operational and compliant with all applicable standards, building codes, interconnection requirements, and State of Georgia requirements. The Contractor shall include specifications, calculations, and drawings in the design package for approval prior to installation.
