Scope of WorkContractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the scope of work as defined in this document. Contractual Services are required to address the following. Refer to layouts below: 1. Remove the two dead/dying trees located near the end of Burma Road 2. One side of Burma needs to be kept open except brief periods of critical operations in order to allow delivery traffic to move as needed 3. Ground stumps to 8 inches below grade and leave chips in the hole General Notes- o Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of all demolition, trash, waste items, and debris collected from the work. Use of VMI facilities is prohibited. o Contractor shall be responsible for daily clean up. o Contractor is responsible for repair of any damaged area/material affected by the scope of work. o Work will be done in occupied areas. The contractor is responsible for adequate signage. o The Contractor will coordinate with VMI's Project Manager on proposed schedule. o The Contractor shall abide be all OSHA Standards
