Renovation of a stadium in Jackson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Invitations must be obtained from zpolk@jacksontn.gov . City reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids/proposals. The City of Jackson is an Equal Opportunity Title VI employer. Instructions: Provide budgetary pricing for the following: o Chiller replacement and stand-alone controls o Boiler replacement and stand-alone controls o Air handler(s) replacement and stand-alone controls o Central controls o Pipe flushing Provide broken out pricing for each line item above and provide a total budget price for the entire project. Summary: This project consists of the replacement of the HVAC system for most of the facility. The HVAC system currently consists of an air-cooled chiller, hot water boiler, pumps, air handlers, heaters and two-pipe distribution system. This scope will serve as an outline to develop project budgets but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the work required. Each contractor should walk the facility to understand the current conditions and scope of work. It is likely that the entire project cost will exceed the allocated budget for this project, so the project cost developed by the contractor should be broken down to allow the most necessary portions of the project to be released. These budgets should be "turnkey" meaning that all necessary components and work shall be included without the owner having to involve other owner hired contractors to provide portions of the work (cutting or patching holes, electrical power, controls, ductwork, or piping modifications, etc.). It is probable that components such as insulation will have asbestos. The bidding contractor shall include asbestos testing and remediation on any building materials that are found to have asbestos and are affected by this work. All work shall be according to code and performed by skilled tradesmen. The recommended budget breakdown is as follows: o Replacement of the chiller including pumps, piping modifications, stand-alone controls and new main control valves o Replacement of the boiler including pumps, piping modifications, flue, combustion air intake, stand-alone controls and new main control valves o Replacement of the air handlers including piping and duct modifications, control valves and stand-alone controls o Installation and commissioning of a central controls system o Flushing of the entire existing piping system and repair of dam
