2022 Commerce Center Drive Relief Sewer Project Bids must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents and other conditions therein described must be met. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked 2022 COMMERCE CENTER DR. RELIEF SEWER PROJECT on the face of the envelope and display the name and address of the bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by the following completed documents: Bid Bond (Certified Check or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted unless otherwise specified) Non-Collusion Affidavit Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes Bids cannot be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening. The City anticipates the contract will be awarded and the notice to proceed will be issued by end of July 2022. All work must be completed within one-hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City of Fairfield, Ohio to do so.
