Site work and paving for a civil project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the installation of water mains on Chevrier Boulevard within the City of Winnipeg. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Installation of approximately 1100m of 150mm-300mm diameter PVC water main pipe by trenchless method; (b) Abandonment of existing water mains as required; (c) Removal/abandonment of existing hydrant assemblies and gate valves as required; (d) Installation of valves and hydrant assemblies; (e) Reconnection or renewal of water service connections; (f) Restoration of pavement and boulevard areas. Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
