The City of Unalaska, Department of Public Works, Facilities Maintenance Division, is requesting quotes for Annual Technical Services relating to the Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, and Special Hazard Suppression Systems in facilities owned by the City of Unalaska. Companies interested in responding to this request for quotes shall direct their questions in writing to Jim Shaishnikoff, Acting Facilities Maintenance Manager: jshaishnikoff@ci.unalaska.ak.us and Thomas Regan, P.E., Consulting Engineer: tom@reganengineering.com. The Work initially includes inspections, testing, and certifications for the Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, and/or Special Hazard Suppression Systems at identified City facilities. Follow-up work includes repairs to items identified during the inspection/testing/certification process using unit costs established on the bid forms.
