This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a security upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work") CPPD requires the services of an Electrical Contractor for security upgrade project for 1030-1046 Selkirk Avenue in Winnipeg. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply, installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom systems and exterior/site lighting. CPPD is administering this RFP process.
