Demolition, site work and new construction of a library in Hollins Clg, Virginia. Design plans call for the demolition of a library; for the construction of a library; and for site work for a library.
Roanoke County is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide multiphase professional services for the Hollins Public Library replacement. As of October 4, 2022 an architect has been selected. Construction is anticipated to start in the summer of 2025. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
