Project Description: Architectural/Engineering services are being sought for the design of the William E. Christofferson Salt Lake City Veterans Home replacement facility. The new veterans home replacement facility is a skilled nursing home that will include space for 105 single occupancy bedrooms with full bathroom and support spaces such as a community center, food service, and laundry, etc. The new facility will be approximately 125,000 square feet and is planned to be constructed on a site at 2780 West 4700 South that currently is home to a driving range. Demolition of the driving range will be part of this project.
